Return Eligibility Window You may return any item purchased from www.kishi.shop within 3 days of the delivery date. Returns after this period are not accepted.

Conditions for Return To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must have been opened before its delivery to you. Evidence of this, such as photos or videos clearly showing the issue at the time of unboxing, must be provided.
  • The item must be in the same condition in which it was received, unaltered and free of any additional damage.

Proof of Opening Proof that the item was opened prior to delivery must accompany your return request. Acceptable proof includes timestamped photos or videos that clearly demonstrate the condition of the item upon first opening the package.

Process for Returns

  2. Review: Once we receive your return request and proof, we will inspect the evidence and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
  3. Return Shipping: If your return is approved, you will be provided with shipping instructions. You are responsible for safely packaging and shipping the returned item to us.
  4. Refund or Replacement: Upon receiving the returned item, we will process it promptly. If the return is confirmed, you can choose to receive a refund or a replacement item, depending on availability.

Exclusions Please note that certain types of items may be exempt from being returned. We also do not accept returns for items that do not meet the condition criteria outlined above.
